Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Royal Mail 1st Class post. Packets generally delivered within 2 working days to most mainland UK address depending on the destination.
Please note: there is no compensation or tracking code available for lost packages. CHOOSING THIS OPTION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For ™
We also offer 1st Class Recorded, which provides a signed delivery and online tracking. We recommend this option for all small packages.
Please note: compensation is available for lost packages from the Royal Mail for up to £28.00.
Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery
This is a GUARANTEED next day delivery before 1pm. It has online tracking available and has insurance to cover lost and damaged goods. A signature is required on receipt of delivery. If no one is home a card will be left and your goods will be held at your nearest sorting office for 10 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery
For USA and Australia customers items are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and aim to be delivered within 10 days.

Please note: compensation is available from the Royal Mail for up to £250 with options to increase cover to £1000 if required.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd Online Returns Policy & Procedure
If you would like to return an item please call 02032896220 or email admin@skinpep.com to receive our returns address.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original Credit/Debit/Paypal Account used
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please Note:
We cannot and will not accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Cosmetic products are for external use only. Despite the pure and natural nature of our products, some people react or are allergic to certain substances. Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if any. Consult with your Doctor prior to using and new skincare products if you are prone to sensitivities.
