DARK CIRCLES & BAGS UNDER THE EYES
The dark circles are created when the blood vessels below the eyes become dilated or when congestion puts pressure on the blood vessels. Unhealthy blood vesicles under the eyes lose their natural elasticity and swell larger to and press against the thin skin of the eyes and are therefore responsible for the dark circles.
