Question:
How do you know when it’s charged, there’s no battery indicator also I don’t feel a current on it all so how do you know it actually works ?

It is confusing yes I agree. It tells you to charge for 8 hours so that is what you do so time it. I heard a beep at about 7.5 hours so I knew it was charged. the charge lasts for ages. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know how long each head should be used for? I don't understand what the pictures are trying to show so have no idea if I'm doing it right.

Each time you use it the device stop automatically after some minutes. you can use all heads with few minutes breaks. Each head is made for a specific purpose You can all all or just one of them. I usually use 2 of them.

Is this machine difficult to use. I want it for under eye wrinkles?

The SkinPep Pro lift device (ems toning head) can be used to tone and stimulate collagen production in the eye area by using in the cheek area (in line with the bottom of the nose) up to 2inches below the eye area. It will stimulate blood flow and lymphatic draining from the area and you will see an instant reduction in eye bags after a single 5-10 minute treatment. Do not use the Toning head machine in the delicate area directly under the eyes or it may damage the skin.  they lymphatic draining head can be used directly under the eye area -- please see page 14 of the instruction manual for more details on lymphatic draining.

Should I feel something when using this machine, had expected to feel an electric current but feel nothing?

Well Ashley, depending on the amount of current and were you place the machine you will feel tingling for example if you put the machine at your age setting then put it on the highest setting in power then put it say muscle toning put on the needle attachment then put the attachment under your eyes you will feel a lot of tingling you will feel the current under your eyes ,test it and see what I mean then you know the machine is working. Can anyone recommend a water based conducting gel to use with this machine please?
Answer:
I use the skin pep foaming cleanser and retinol serum. I have to splash my face with water to make the tool slide over my face.These seem to work ok. But if you buy the machine first the instruction book gives details of the appropriate products to use. Good luck. see less

For best results You can use wrinkle clear or Hydra boost, super c15, C serum booster, ultra retinol or just about any face serum or cream produced by skinpep.
